School Field Trip Request Form

We love students and are thrilled you are interested in taking your students on a field trip to the Museum. Guided student tours are available for Grades 6 and above.

Please note that all requests are processed in the order in which they are received and according to availability. Additionally, tour requests must be made at least three weeks before your requested date.

Once we receive your request form, we will verify availability and create a group reservation. Within 5-10 business days, our team will contact you to confirm your reservation details. If you do not hear back within this time frame, don't hesitate to get in touch with Matt Simpson, Director of Guest Services
